Services

I offer supervision that is warm, rigorous, and deeply grounded in the realities of frontline practice. I will not shy away from complexity. I will not offer easy answers to hard questions. But I will be present with you, curious with you, and committed to your growth as a practitioner.

Whether you are a newly qualified social worker finding your feet, an experienced clinician carrying a heavy load, or an organisation seeking quality external supervision for your team, you are welcome here.

This is a space where reflection meets action. Praxis Collective Co. was built on that conviction, a space where reflection meets action, and where you are supported to do your best work.

Individual Clinical Supervision

Individual supervision at Praxis Collective Co is a dedicated one hour session, held just for you. It is a confidential, reflective space to step back from the demands of your work, explore your practice, and invest in your professional growth.

Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. Whether you are working through a complex case, navigating an ethical dilemma, processing the emotional weight of your work, or simply seeking a space to think clearly, individual supervision offers the time and safety to do that well.

Sessions are available fortnightly or monthly and are held via Telehealth, making them accessible no matter where you are in Australia.

Individual supervision is suitable for social workers and welfare clinicians at all career stages, from those newly entering the profession to experienced practitioners and those moving into leadership.

Group Supervision

Group supervision at Praxis Collective Co. is a facilitated one hour session that brings a small group of practitioners together in a shared reflective space. It is an opportunity to learn alongside colleagues, draw on the collective wisdom of the group, and recognise that you are not alone in the complexity of this work.

Groups are kept small, between four and eight practitioners, to ensure every voice has space and the conversation remains rich and meaningful. Each session is thoughtfully facilitated, creating a safe and structured environment where participants can explore practice challenges, share perspectives, and build genuine community of practice.

Group supervision is particularly well suited to colleagues from similar practice contexts, teams within organisations, or practitioners who value peer learning alongside individual reflection.

Sessions are available via Telehealth and can also be arranged in person on the Central Coast, NSW.
